Shaner Hotels in Sebring, FL seeks a friendly Food & Beverage Associate to assist servers and ensure high-quality service in a hotel restaurant setting. You will help with table cleanliness, stock wares, and uphold safety and quality standards according to hotel and brand specifications.

Ideal candidates have guest relations experience, strong communication skills with guests and colleagues, and may speak English and Spanish. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Guest relations experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with guests, management, and staff is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Assist server in providing quality food and beverage service to guests according to hotel specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock all wares and equipment needed for service.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Ensure compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the F&B Department.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality per hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications.
• Communicate with General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
