Qualifications

• Experience as a Server is preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol
• High school diploma preferred or equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus, specials, and promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages, ensuring proper temperature, portioning, and presentation.
• Monitor cleanliness of tableware and dining area, restock as needed.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance and refills.
• Relay feedback to management and process payments at the end of the meal.
