Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort to tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and relay special requests to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks, ensure correct portions and presentation, and maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor tableware and replenish as needed to keep a neat dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to timing and accuracy of orders; relay dietary needs.
