Qualifications

• Experience as a Server preferred; must be of legal age if serving alcohol.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into POS with accuracy.
• Communicate special requests and dietary restrictions to kitchen/bar.
• Serve courses and beverages, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
• Monitor table settings and maintain a clean dining area.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to time service.
• Relay guest feedback to management for prompt resolution.
• Process payments accurately and present bills at end of meal.
