Job summary

Lone Mountain Ranch in Big Sky, Montana is seeking an AM Server to deliver warm, attentive breakfast and lunch service to guests. You will welcome diners, learn the menu, make recommendations, and work with the Food & Beverage team to keep service smooth.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, a friendly professional demeanor, and flexibility for early shifts, weekends, holidays, and a seasonal schedule tied to Ranch operations.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and professional breakfast and lunch service.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and respond to questions.
• Learn the menu and provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, including basic barista tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized service station throughout the shift.
• Reset tables and keep dining and service areas guest-ready.
• Prepare and coordinate take-out orders with attention to accuracy.
• Communicate guest requests and dietary needs clearly with the team.
• Work with Servers, Culinary, and Food & Beverage leadership for coordinated service.
• Step in during busy periods to support the team and guest experience.
• Follow Ranch service standards and sanitation requirements.
