Pyramid Global Hospitality's Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a Lead Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team, responsible for the made‑to‑order omelet station and breakfast service.

The role leads the breakfast kitchen, coordinates with the team, ensures food safety and presentation, and supports banquet events. Weekend availability and early hours are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as breakfast cook or line cook in a busy setting.
• Experience cooking made-to-order omelets is strongly preferred.
• Banquet kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced breakfast environment.
• Strong organization and attention to food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook made-to-order omelets and breakfast items to hotel standards.
• Lead the breakfast kitchen during shifts and coordinate other cooks.
• Assist with banquet food preparation, plating, and buffet setup.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and proper food storage.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Help train breakfast team members and collaborate with Food & Beverage.
