Micheli Bakery in New York, NY, is seeking an AM Baker to join our team. You will start early in the morning, producing a range of breads and pastries with a focus on quality and consistency.

Applicants should have experience in a bakery or food service environment, be able to work weekends/holidays, and operate commercial baking equipment. Safety and cleanliness are essential to daily operations.

Competenze

• Experience in a professional bakery, cafe, or food service preferred.
• Early-morning shifts, including weekends and holidays, required.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and pastry production.
• Familiarity with commercial baking equipment (deck ovens, mixers, proofers).
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality.
• Food safety certification a plus (Food Handler's or ServSafe).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
