Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and data handling.
• Experience with coordinating meetings, logistics, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day data reporting; enters data into databases and systems.
• Coordinates team meetings: schedule, logistics, invites.
• Processes checks and daily gift log; creates new gift accounts.
• Supports communications: writing and proofreading; fundraising outreach.
• Coordinates events: logistics, collateral, bios, RSVP tracking.
