Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred for advanced roles.
• 5+ years of career coaching in higher ed or related industry experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, creativity and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide career advising to full-time MBA students, including self-assessment and job search guidance.
• Teach workshops on career development and decision-making.
• Maintain knowledge base of industries hiring MBAs and employers.
• Collaborate with employers, departments, faculty, alumni to identify career pathways.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to engage organizations across industries/geographies.
• Manage student-facing projects and evaluate workshops.
