Job summary

Conservatory Lab Foundation is seeking a full-time Alumni Coordinator to strengthen connections with ~400 alumni and families, support fundraising and external relations, and assist with communications for the School.

The role focuses on building durable alumni relationships, tracking engagement, and sharing successes across social media, blogs, and the website, while collaborating with staff and partners like FAN.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media and website maintenance.
• Background in fundraising or donor relations is a plus.
• Ability to engage alumni and families and write clearly.
• Strong collaboration with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Build an alumni database and track engagement levels.
• Liaise with registrar on unenrollment and provide alumni emails.
• Maintain relationships with schools and measure outcomes via surveys.
• Develop content for social media, blogs, and the website.
• Support events and recruitment marketing with the Foundation team.
• Coordinate with FAN and family outreach efforts.
