Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written, research, and verbal communications skills.
• Familiarity with social justice, music and the arts, and K-12 education.
• Ability to create or repurpose video content for social media and other outlets.
• Experience in graphic design for printing materials and branded merchandise.
• Experience working with local media, including writing press releases.
• Willingness to network with government and corporate officials.
• High energy, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility and teamwork.
• Facilitation of donor databases and online giving platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build an Alumni Association and foster a culture of belonging among alumni.
• Gather and analyze data on roughly 400 alumni and track engagement.
• Collaborate with School registrar on unenrollment and alumni communication.
• Maintain relationships with alumni at secondary schools and coordinate surveys.
• Support family-centered communications and recruitment events.
