Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in behavioral health, peer support, case management, or recovery services.
• Ability to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card within 90 days of hire.
• Negative TB test or clear chest X-ray within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Engage IOP alumni through phone, email, text, and in-person contact.
• Provide individual and group peer support services using lived experience.
• Deliver individualized case management services such as care coordination.
