Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience collaborating with volunteer committees.
• Experience in alumni engagement or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with database systems (Raiser's Edge, Advance, Ascend), Zoom, Qualtrics.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to the Tufts Alumni Council committees and chairs.
• Organize and support Senior Connection and Foster Children’s Committee activities.
• Coordinate annual elections of Alumni Trustees and Council members.
• Plan and run Alumni Association events (Senior Awards, Alumni Awards) in person or virtually.
• Develop and distribute the Alumni Volunteer Newsletter and manage volunteer leadership info.
