Avenues Recovery Center in Baton Rouge is seeking an Alumni Program Coordinator to manage all aspects of our Alumni engagement. You will follow up with alumni, coordinate resources and programming, and ensure accurate Salesforce reporting.

Join a supportive team at a residential facility that values confidentiality, compassionate outreach, and collaborative care with Clinical Director involvement to connect alumni with timely resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Substance use/recovery experience strongly preferred.
• If in recovery, minimum 1 year of sustained sobriety.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage alumni program, follow-up, resources, and programming.
• Engage alumni via calls, meetings, and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls per established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting.
• Connect alumni with clinical support and resources with the Clinical Director.
• Oversee alumni social media pages and engagement.
