Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Wayne is seeking an Alumni Program Manager to oversee the alumni network, provide follow-up support, and coordinate resources. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and maintaining confidential information within a compassionate care setting.

You will collaborate with clinical leadership, ensure accurate Salesforce reporting, and help connect alumni to available programs and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.
• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills.
• Warm, engaging personality with dignified boundaries.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Alumni Program, including follow-up and resources.
• Engage alumni through calls, meetings, and events.
• Conduct alumni follow-up calls per established timeline.
• Maintain Salesforce reporting with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director to connect alumni with resources.
• Oversee alumni social media pages and engagement.
