Job summary

Voyageur Outward Bound School is seeking an Alumni & External Relations Coordinator to advance a best-in-class development and marketing effort across the country. You will grow engagement, source new relationships, and foster a vibrant VOBS community.

In collaboration with the Director of Development, you will implement networks and events, manage communications with marketing, and help achieve the $3M fundraising goal by 2029. Hybrid work and in-office presence in Minnesota are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement strategies in collaboration with the Director of Development for all Voyageur networks.
• Increase connectedness and participation across networks; monitor and review strategy effectiveness.
• Produce and implement Alumni Network engagement plans (reunions, communities of practice, Zoom series, Welcome program).
• Coordinate and deliver Voyageur Outward Bound Community Zoom Series; develop and run annual fundraising event.
• Create and manage activities that build brand awareness and network engagement.
• Develop communications to support events and outreach with development and marketing teams; attend and support outreach efforts.
