Beach House Center for Recovery is seeking an Alumni Engagement Coordinator in Juno Beach, FL. This full-time role focuses on engaging alumni, educating current clients, and maintaining alumni communications and databases to support our recovery programs.

Responsibilities include planning events, distributing newsletters, and making referrals to admissions while maintaining flexible hours to support alumni activities and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in mental health/recovery treatment, preferred.
• Veteran status or experience working with veterans, preferred.
• Strong computer and Salesforce experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact alumni and family for involvement in the alumni program and outreach activities.
• Educate current clients on ongoing involvement after graduation.
• Maintain daily database updates for current and past patients.
• Assist in preparation and distribution of Alumni Newsletters and flyers.
• Make referrals to admissions for alumni or family members seeking treatment services.
• Plan and host alumni events; evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to assist with Alumni events.
• Make follow-up calls to past clients according to schedule.
