Job summary

Dominican High School seeks an Alumni Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Dominican and its alumni, building relationships and strengthening alumni engagement and commitment to the school.

The role oversees alumni events, reunions, career Day, and fundraising activities, and works with multiple departments to expand the alumni database and share updates through newsletters and social media.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness and ability to be a relationship leader – actively engages stakeholders.
• Ability to work and collaborate as part of a team.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Basic Excel and database entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary School Contact for Alumni and Alumni-based Events.
• Create opportunities for alumni to engage with the Dominican community.
• Coordinate and attend alumni reunions; manage invitations, RSVPs, donations, and follow-up communication.
• Direct annual Alumni Career Day and match students with alumni in the business community.
• Coordinate annual Young Alum Auction Benefit Party and alumni updates for publications and communications.
