Job summary

Dominican High School in Milwaukee seeks an Alumni Manager committed to our mission to strengthen lifelong engagement with alumni. You will serve as the primary liaison between Dominican and its alumni, building relationships and creating opportunities for ongoing participation and support.

You will lead reunion planning, career days, and fund-raising events, manage data in Blackbaud RENXT and PowerSchool, and collaborate with the Advancement and Communications teams to keep alumni informed

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead relationships with alumni and stakeholders.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Basic Excel and database entry skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage details.
• Knowledge of Dominican High School community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with Alumni and Alumni-based events.
• Create opportunities for alumni to engage with the Dominican community.
• Coordinate reunions: plan, invite, track RSVPs, payments, and donations.
• Direct and coordinate Alumni Career Day.
• Coordinate the Young Alumni Auction Benefit Party.
• Research alumni and write updates/articles for Dominican publications.
• Expand the Alumni Database expansion and accuracy.
• Become proficient in Blackbaud RENXT and PowerSchool databases.
• Share information with the Director of Advancement and President for outreach.
• Collaborate with Communications Manager for alumni updates and social media.
• Partner with Admissions and feeder schools to identify legacy students.
• Outreach to alumni via calls, emails, visits and events.
• Shape alumni communications through newsletters, website, and mags.
