Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in higher education, volunteer management, and/or alumni engagement.
• Strong ability to engage with alumni and develop relationships.
• Experience writing and designing content for multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage alumni volunteers for impactful experiences.
• Organize in-person and virtual alumni events to strengthen community.
• Track alumni engagement metrics across volunteer programs.
