Job summary

The Awty International School seeks an Assistant Director of Advancement for Alumni Engagement to grow and manage a comprehensive alumni program. This role partners with leadership to cultivate alumni philanthropy, plan events, and maintain data integrity across engagement efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will lead a multi-year growth strategy, coordinate alumni events, and strengthen connections between current students, alumni, and families while supporting school

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of three years in alumni relations or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated intercultural competence.
• Proven event planning and project management.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive Alumni Program with vision and oversight.
• Develop a multi-year growth plan for the program.
• Manage Alumni Board and recruit; onboard and ensure succession planning.
• Develop full events program for local and regional alumni.
• Partner with Advancement to identify philanthropic alumni.
• Cultivate and solicit alumni as donors for the Annual Fund.
