Harvard University invites applications for the Reunion Class Manager within the Alumni Relations Reunions team at Harvard Business School. You will independently manage a portfolio of high‑level reunion classes and coordinate with volunteer leaders to craft meaningful on‑campus experiences.
This role partners with Development to support fundraising, oversees budgeting and events—from receptions to dinners—and requires on‑site presence during reunions, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Reunions, the Reunion Class Manager will be part of the Alumni Relations (AR) Reunions team responsible for ensuring the exceptional execution of Reunions for Harvard Business School. Through a commitment to lifelong learning and engagement, the AR team is at the hub of cultivating and stewarding the alumni community in their affinity and connection to HBS. HBS Reunions are fundamental to this effort. Each year, over 6,200 alumni and their guests come back to campus for 3-4 days to re-engage with section mates, classmates, faculty and the School.

This position has been determined by school or unit leaders that some of the duties and responsibilities can be effectively performed at a non-Harvard location. The work schedule and location will be set by the department at its discretion and based upon operational needs. When not working at a Harvard or Harvard-designated location, employees in hybrid positions must work in a Harvard registered state in compliance with the University’s Policy on Employment Outside of Massachusetts. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
