• Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Four years of relevant experience (alumni/student relations, volunteer management, outreach experience, or related field).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, and minor travel commitments.
• Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages strategic alumni engagement plans aligned with best practices.
• Coordinates alumni events and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
