Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years in alumni relations, engagement, volunteer management, or development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with volunteers and donors in outward-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long- and short-term strategic plans for alumni engagement and lead the Alumni Advisory Board.
• Oversee governance, bylaws, and volunteer structures across committees and class reps.
• Lead signature events (Homecoming, reunions) and regional outreach for 2,000+ alumni.
• Collaborate on communications for alumni e-newsletter, TorchBearer Magazine, social media, and website.
• Create a data-driven measurement framework and maintain an alumni engagement dashboard.
• Partner with Advancement to recruit/train alumni and grow donor pipelines.
