Qualifications

• Experience in independent school or university setting preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage volunteers and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage alumni volunteers and donors.
• Lead volunteers and liaise with Spartan Alumni Association Board.
• Develop alumni giving strategies and manage a donor portfolio.
• Design events and experiences to deepen alumni connections.
• Collaborate on communications and marketing plans for alumni.
• Oversee recognition awards and stewardship.
• Track engagement metrics and manage budget.
