Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in development, donor relations, advancement, communications, or related field.
• Experience with Raiser's Edge NXT strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to craft donor communications.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, volunteers, and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead a comprehensive donor stewardship program for annual, major, planned, and endowment donors.
• Develop personalized stewardship plans in collaboration with portfolio managers.
• Design and coordinate major donor events, meetings, and engagement opportunities.
• Develop annual donor communications and impact reports showing philanthropic outcomes.
• Maintain accurate donor records and ensure stewardship aligns with donor intent.
• Collaborate with Advancement team to align stewardship with overall fundraising strategy.
