• Manage BBIS email communications scheduling, distribution, support, and troubleshooting.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee UHlink alumni-student networking platform operations, adoption, and engagement.
• Coordinate UHlink Mentoring Program recruitment, onboarding, and activities.
