Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Development and Alumni Engagement Student Liaison on the Richmond Campus to support daily administrative duties, assist alumni and donors, and collaborate with the Development team and the Student Alumni Ambassador Advisor to plan and execute alumni and philanthropic events.

The role is part-time (10–20 hours/week), non-benefits eligible, with a minimum wage of $8.00 per hour and on-campus duties.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at EKU.
• Flexible Schedule preferred.
• Experience in handling daily administrative duties and event logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily administrative duties - answering/returning telephone calls, greeting and serving visitors, checking mail and voicemails, on campus errands, assisting Alumni Engagement staff members - (Essential)
• Event planning - gathering, preparing, and organizing event materials, event set-up, event clean-up - (Essential)
• Maintaining office organization, purging, and conducting inventory of promotional items - (Essential)
