Eastern Kentucky University is seeking a Housing Representative to support the Housing Office on the Richmond Campus. This role provides front desk customer service, handles inquiries, and assists with housing operations for students, staff and visitors.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) with no benefits and requires EKU enrollment. Proficiency with Word and Excel is preferred, and Wednesday availability is a plus for midweek coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as a student at EKU.
• Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Availability on Wednesdays 12:00–3:30 pm is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Customer Service: serve as the first point of contact for students and visitors; answer inquiries; collect and process forms and documents.
• Phone Management: answer calls and direct to the appropriate personnel; provide accurate information.
• Administrative Support: run errands, process mail and packages, distribute supplies and maintain inventory.
• Package Handling: pick up packages from the mailroom and deliver to recipients.
• General Assistance: support staff with daily operations and housing events.
