Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• CPRS certification valued.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness is important.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and promote alumni program.
• Maintain contact with alumni via calls, texts, emails, and social media.
• Plan and host alumni events and peer-led recovery groups.
• Lead groups with current clients when appropriate.
• Collaborate with admissions for warm handoffs and referrals.
• Track alumni engagement and milestones using internal systems.
• Collaborate with marketing to highlight alumni stories.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
