Duchesne High School is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Alumni Relations and Engagement Officer to cultivate meaningful and lifelong connections between the school and its alumni. This individual will strengthen alumni pride, increase engagement, encourage volunteerism, and inspire philanthropic support while advancing our mission of shaping leaders in mind, body, and spirit.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who understands the importance of Catholic education, values personal relationships, and possesses a strong knowledge of both the Duchesne High School community and the greater St. Charles community. This position requires flexibility, including evenings and weekends, to attend alumni gatherings, athletic events, reunions, fundraising events, and other school functions.

This position requires a flexible work schedule. The Alumni Relations and Engagement Officer must be available to work evenings and weekends to support alumni events, fundraising activities, athletic events, school celebrations, and community outreach. Time worked outside of normal business hours will vary throughout the year based on the Advancement calendar.
