You will collaborate with Alumni Relations, Marketing, and Development teams to translate insights into engaging communications, assist with membership materials, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a brand/agency/marketing copywriter/designer.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Alumni Relations, Membership Engagement, Development and Marketing to translate insights into engaging communications.
• Create content and assets for volunteers, alumni audiences, and NESA recruitment.
• Contribute to design of communications assets for alumni engagement and social media campaigns.
• Assist in developing alumni materials, proposals, event materials, and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate photo and video assets for use in alumni and NESA communications.
• Work with marketing channel leaders to support engagement and recruitment visibility.
