Job summary

Boca Recovery Center seeks a dedicated Alumni Coordinator to oversee post-treatment support, maintain engagement with alumni, and assist in re-admission processes. You’ll coordinate groups with a licensed therapist, track interactions in Salesforce, and ensure compliance with aftercare requirements.

The role emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and organizational excellence, with a focus on building lasting connections to promote recovery and wellness within an on-site Bloomington team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to build rapport with alumni and families to support recovery and re-engagement.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or alumni relations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-treatment alumni support and engagement, including ongoing outreach and aftercare tasks.
• Coordinate weekly alumni group sessions with a licensed therapist.
• Monitor re-admission needs and collaborate with admissions and clinical teams.
• Maintain accuracy of intake and emergency information during discharge processes.
• Encourage alumni to leave reviews and manage reputation on the facility's Google profile.
