Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, sports management, business, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Professional, service oriented approach when working with alumni, coaches, staff, donors, and guests.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases, registration systems, and digital platforms.
• Ability to maintain accurate records with tact and discretion.
• Resourcefulness researching incomplete records and locating alumni information.
• Willingness to assist with hands-on event production and execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and implement Alumni C Club programs and special events.
• Support event registration, guest communication, logistics, on-site hospitality, check-in, and follow-up.
• Assist with recognition and engagement programs including Hall of Fame, Hall of Honor, Legacy Wing, Living Legends, tailgates, and post-season events.
• Provide outstanding hospitality to former student-athletes and their families.
• Maintain and update alumni records; research historical rosters and rebuild contact lists.
• Coordinate record updates with the CU Athletics Ticket Office and partners.
• Assist with registration tracking, data reconciliation, reporting, and list development.
• Assist with digital engagement and publishing event information and announcements.
