Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience required.
• Experience coordinating office, facility, or operational functions in a customer service-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Alumni Center by administering EMS, coordinating reservations, and ensuring readiness.
• Provide tours, assist clients with reservations, communicate capabilities and requirements, and deliver top-tier customer service to guests.
• Develop and maintain administrative systems and processes to promote efficient operations and compliance.
