The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field with three years of related experience, occasional after-hours availability, and a background check.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of related experience required.
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and ability to access off-site event.
• Background check required for employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement University Commencement ceremonies, developing timelines, coordinating campus partners and vendors, managing guest registration, programs, rehearsals, and related events.
• Coordinate assigned University Events from intake to execution, developing plans, budgets, timelines, and logistics, ensuring adherence to policies.

Education

Bachelor's degree (related field) + 3 years of experience
