Responsibilities

• University Commencement: coordinate planning and operational activities for ceremonies, develop timelines, logistics, registration, guest management, and support staff and volunteers.
• University Events: coordinate related events from intake to execution, develop event plans, budgets, timelines, and logistics, coordinate campus partners and vendors, ensure compliance with policies.
