Sacred Heart Academy (SHA) seeks an Alumnae Relations & Community Engagement Coordinator to strengthen connections among alumnae, current families, and the SHA community. The role centers on relationship building, event planning, and coordinating engagement opportunities that celebrate SHA's mission and traditions.

Qualificações

• Experience in event planning, alumnae relations, or community engagement is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine enthusiasm for relationship building.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to participate in evenings and weekends for events.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and donor/constituent management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison to the SHA Alumnae and Parents' Associations and support engagement initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with alumnae through outreach, programs, and events.
• Coordinate life-event recognitions and representation at memorials or services when appropriate.
• Plan alumnae events including reunions, regional gatherings, and speaker programs.
• Coordinate communications with From the Hill, email, and social media with Marketing/Communications.
• Maintain alumnae records in Raiser's Edge NXT to support engagement and advancement.
• Identify opportunities to boost alumnae participation and connections with students.
