Job summary

Mount Holyoke College's Alum Association seeks an Alum Experience Director to lead the experiential engagement pillar, delivering signature events like Reunion and the Volunteer Leadership Summit, and guiding a team of staff and students.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will partner with Development, Marketing, and Student Life to expand global alum participation, foster belonging, and align programs with the college's forward strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7+ years leading signature events in hospitality or complex orgs.
• 3+ years direct supervisory experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to recruit and guide diverse volunteer groups.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential engagement strategy for Reunion and related events.
• Oversee budgets, cross-functional collaboration, and KPI reporting.
• Supervise staff and student workers; manage workload distribution.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, and Student Life to reflect institutional presence.
• Develop programs that foster belonging and intergenerational engagement.
