Job summary

St. Mary’s Academy in Englewood, CO is seeking a Donor and Alumnae Engagement Coordinator to deepen relationships with alumnae, families, and friends, creating meaningful opportunities to connect, give back, and stay connected to the SMA story.

Reporting to the Director of Development, you will manage a portfolio of prospective and current donors, cultivate gifts from $1,000 to $25,000, partner with the Alumnae Board and events team, and advance SMA’s mission through thoughtful engagement and

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fundraising, alumni relations, donor engagement, or advancement experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience cultivating donor relationships and managing donor portfolios helpful.
• Independent school, nonprofit experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Alumnae Relations & Engagement: Liaise with Alumnae Board and develop opportunities for alumnae to connect with SMA.
• Donor Relations & Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of ~150 donors and customize cultivation strategies.
• Cultivation & Community Engagement: Create events and activities to deepen relationships with alumnae, parents, and friends.
• Advancement Team Partnership: Maintain donor interactions and track progress toward fundraising goals.
