Job summary

St. Francis High School in Sacramento seeks an Alumnae & Constituent Relations Coordinator to provide administrative, program support and customer service for the Advancement Department, focusing on alumnae engagement, communications, events, and donor stewardship.

You will welcome alumnae, alum parents, donors and volunteers; maintain accurate records; assist with communications; coordinate programs and events; support fundraising initiatives, and collaborate with the Director of Advancement

Qualifications

• Administrative, program support and customer service experience is essential.
• Experience with alumnae engagement and donor relations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality.
