Job summary

St. Mary’s Academy in Englewood, CO is seeking a Donor & Alumnae Engagement Coordinator to strengthen SMA’s alumnae community and manage a donor portfolio.

You’ll partner with the Director of Development and coordinate events and communications to inspire giving. The role focuses on cultivating gifts ranging from $1,000 to $25,000, building relationships with alumnae, families, and friends, and advancing SMA’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years fundraising, alumni relations, or advancement experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Alumnae Relations & Engagement: liaison to Alumnae Board and events.
• Donor Relations & Portfolio Management: manage a donor portfolio and solicit gifts.
• Cultivation & Community Engagement: create cultivation opportunities with alumnae and donors.
• Advancement Team Partnership: coordinate with development team to achieve goals.
• Maintain donor interactions and tracking in the Advancement database.
