Job summary

BRT Extrusions Inc. in Niles, Ohio, is seeking general labor utility workers to support the Extrusions department. You will load aluminum shapes onto steel racks, follow stacking specs, and learn how to identify material defects to prevent nonconformities from being processed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work in the plant.
• Able to read a tape measure or willing to learn.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Load aluminum shapes onto steel racks as instructed by Supervisor.
• Follow stacking specs to prevent defects.
• Keep racks and work area clean.
• Operate basic hand tools and strapping tool.
• Assist Stretcher Operators when needed.
• Move metal products and materials as required.
• Participate in required trainings.
