Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to work in the plant.
• Must be able to read and understand basic instructions (Spanish instructions provided as needed).
• Must be willing to participate in all required trainings including safety and technical trainings.

Responsibilities

• Inspect aluminum quality by performing measurement checks and visual inspections.
• Work one-on-one with a partner for the shift under supervision.
• Read packaging specs to ensure proper bundling.
• Retrieve racks of aluminum from holding area and push them to the workstation.
• Lift and position work horses on tables and cut wood for bundles with a miter saw as needed.
• Use basic hand tools ( Retractable knife, deburr, etc.) and pack aluminum per customer specs.
• Move metal and materials manually as required and document production information on paper and computer.
