Zusammenfassung

Apptronik is seeking a detail-oriented ECAD Librarian to own and grow our Altium component library. You will ensure schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and 3D models meet IPC and DFM standards before reaching a board, partnering with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to maintain accuracy and consistency.

As the single source of truth for component data, you will drive library governance, naming conventions, and data templates, while coordinating with design teams and contract

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years of ECAD library management or PCB design experience.

Aufgaben

• Library Ownership: create, validate, and maintain schematic symbols, footprints, and 3D models in Altium with accurate metadata and revision history.
• Standards & Compliance: apply IPC land-pattern standards and DFA/DFM principles before release.
• Process & Governance: define naming conventions, templates, and part-request workflows; manage library audits.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with design, supply chain, and manufacturers to source data and support DFx reviews.
• Tooling & Automation: maintain ECAD-to-PLM integration and explore scripting to automate tasks.
