Job summary

The Configuration Analyst II or III at Principal Financial Group plays a key role in building scalable Alteryx workflows to support Nonqualified onboarding, conversions, and related processes across the organization.

You will partner with business teams to translate needs into automated solutions, identify AI and digital automation opportunities, and continuously improve workflow reliability and efficiency across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Design, configure, test, and maintain Alteryx workflows for NQ onboarding and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
• Monitor and enhance workflows for reliability, accuracy, and scalability.
• Document configurations, requirements, tests, and procedures.
