The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in the successful operation of the Alterations department, contributing to providing superior customer service. The CSR is responsible for delivering an A+ customer experience, including welcoming and servicing customers, scheduling appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickup. S/he reports to the Store Manager.
