The Alterations Customer Service Representative (CSR) is essential for the successful operation of the Alterations department and providing superior customer service. The CSR is responsible for delivering an A+ customer experience to David’s Bridal customers. They report to the Store Manager and handle tasks such as welcoming customers, making appointments, answering phones, pressing garments, and ensuring items are ready for pickups.
