AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Professional to join our after-school team in Pilot Point, TX. As a Group Leader, you will engage children in structured, high-energy activities and ensure safety protocols are followed in a supportive environment.

You will lead daily curriculum activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while maintaining cleanliness and inclusivity. This role emphasizes teamwork with school staff and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• MustSuccessfully complete a background check as required by state childcare licensing agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.

Hours: 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday (No weekends! Part-time)
