Job summary

OluKai is seeking a Retail Lead to welcome customers and ensure an exceptional brand experience at their store in Naples, Florida. The role involves engaging with guests, leading a team, and maintaining high standards of service and store conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a leadership or key holder role.
• Must be available for at least three (4-8hrs) shifts a week.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move objects weighing up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the store and deliver a remarkable brand experience.
• Engage with new customers and build immediate and lasting rapport.
• Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
• Open and close the store to standard and for store keys and security measures.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
